Lawgix is an AI-powered legal research and document drafting platform built by Bitvyas Pvt Ltd for lawyers, advocates, and law firms in India. It uses advanced large language models to help you research case law, draft contracts and pleadings, analyze uploaded documents, and verify citations — all from a single interface.
Security is our top priority. We use AES-256 encryption for data in transit and at rest, and adhere to a strict zero data retention policy — your client data is never used to train our AI models. All uploaded documents are treated as strictly confidential. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification and are DPDPA-compliant by design. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Simply upload your PDF documents to the Lawgix Vault. Our AI parses and indexes them automatically. You can then ask natural-language questions about your documents — the AI will answer with specific references and citations pointing to exact pages and paragraphs in your uploaded files.
Yes. Lawgix can generate first drafts of NDAs, contracts, legal notices, and other documents based on your inputs. You provide the key parameters (parties, terms, jurisdiction, etc.) through a guided workflow, and the AI produces a structured draft that you can review, edit, and export. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use.
No. Lawgix is a research assistant, not a substitute for professional legal judgement. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. You are always responsible for verifying and validating all results before relying on them professionally. No lawyer-client relationship is formed with Bitvyas Pvt Ltd through the use of Lawgix.
The free pilot gives you full access to Lawgix's Chat with Docs and Citations features for four weeks from account activation. There is no payment required during the pilot. At the end of the pilot, you may be offered the option to continue on a paid plan. See our Terms of Service for details.
You can request deletion of your uploaded documents and all derived data at any time by emailing contact@bitvyas.com. We will process the request within 30 days. Under the DPDPA 2023, you also have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data.
